This course made me understand how teaching, learning and research are linked together. Many people have not recognized the advantages of open teaching, but with the rapid development of the Internet we should know the right way to use it, using it to expand their own. Openness focuses on the democratic nature of knowledge construction and dissemination. Now more and more places can provide independent learning resources, such as YouTube and Google. And more and more people will adopt these methods when they notice that people around them are learning through these places, because human behavior is influenced by environment and cognition. Most of the people who do not agree with open learning are because they think the Internet is a waste of time and school efficiency is low. But when you combine the two kinds of learning together, you will find their high efficiency. And when you have your own research, the courage to speak out on the Internet will bring you learning experience that the old-fashioned style learning can not get.
