The 21st century is no longer the learning model of the industrial Revolution era, which is inefficient and consumes resources. In the new environment, we should actively adapt to the environment rather than let the environment adapt to us. Diversity and inclusion in education are characteristics that should be embraced no matter what the situation is. When we achieve diversity in education, we can discover the strengths of each person in different fields, so that they can perform in their own fields. But society has allowed us to turn that diversity and inclusion into something more than it should be.
